Shipping

Currently we ship to addresses in Australia only. All orders over $100 have FREE shipping unless specifically stated on the items page. Orders under $100 have usually flat fee shipping rate that is stated on the checkout page.

Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days from the day your order was placed. In some special circumstances, usually beyond our control your order might be delayed few days in which case you will be notified via an email.

For most shipping we use Australia Post or StarTrack with delivery tracking that will be updated once your order is dispatched. If you give us an authorization to leave your delivery at a safe place if no one is present for the delivery we will pass this message onto the carrier.

Payment options

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards like VISA, Master Card and AMEX. Please select your payment option on the checkout page.

Returns Policy

You may return unopened items within 7 days of delivery at your own cost for a full refund (minus shipping cost that we incurred when we sent you the product).

Refunds are processed within 3 – 5 business days in our system and your bank can take (5 to 10 business days) to process our refund request.

Once the item was opened but never used you may return it within 10 days of delivery at your own cost. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will refund original purchase price minus 15% restocking fee.

Once the item was used we are unable to accept any returns unless the item

- is faulty

- it’s unsafe

- it’s significantly different from the sample or description

- it doesn’t do what is designed to do or it can’t easily be fixed

Shipping for returned items

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) the return shipping cost will be paid by us.
